What is HUMCS ?
In the HUMCS meeting, she said early February. So I guess we will get our notifications by the 9th or maybe even the 1st so we are out the door by end of first quarter. She repeated the words "narrowing the focus to a much smaller population", to me that sounds like 50% or more which will just make it easier for them to end HUMCS the next time they need a little extra cash. If you can't leave Humana, beefup the resume and metrics and start applying to other positions.
Always said SNP was the safest place to be, because of the population served and reimbursements
When HUMCS staff was given multiple opportunities to move to SNP what did we really expect?
Yes there will be layoffs in triage and support. Possibly be notified sometime in February

How on earth can they slash IT? Is there a plan to merge with another company and that’s going to fill the void? We need IT to support our work.
