Like jobs where we have to actually work 30+ hours and come in on MLK day and other days that banks take off and no one else does? Also what about my bonus? Will I lose that?
That sounds toxic

If you think that everyone at WF works "bankers hours", you don't know many. I've worked almost every holiday at one point or another, and generally work 10+ hours a day. I've done 70+ in a week at times. Maybe your role is a bunch of thumb twiddling, but there's 170k of us and a lot of diversity in schedules and workload.
Agree, that it's a d-mb post. But, there's an ounce of truth to it. After many years with WF, I dread the idea of starting over at a new company. WF has plenty of issues, but so do all other companies... otherwise, their people would not keep coming to Wells.
d-mb post
OP - couldn't agree more and enjoy the humor.
WF is a bad employer, not a place to stay very long. Two years max for peasant workers.
I'm waaaay over my time limit. With a likely layoff soon ahead, excited about what happens next. Even though it will be challenging at least it'll be real.
yeah, and like, drive into work 5 days a week. And like, buy lunch and stuff, like, coffee? And like, have to get up in the morning like, when everyone else does, like?
The grass is not always greener
