I'm interested to know the HPE redundancy payment formula for various counties. any ideas?

In The Netherlands is teh following formula used:
- how many years you work for HP
- Gross monthy salary (gross year salary /12)
- Correctiefactor 1.3
Sum is as follow:
A X B X C = a amount
+ 2 months gross monthly salary
a amount + 2 month gross monthly salary = total amount that you get (keep in mind this is a gross amount and still need to pay taxes)

Any countries in particular? I'd say it varies quite a bit between the US and the EU etc.
