I’ve worked at several large companies, but Nike is at a whole another level. I wish I never took this job. I thought I had it bad before, but this is gross. I can’t do my job without constantly watching my back on who will attack me or take credit for my work. Nike should market this as a game show of who can survive. I want out. I’ll gladly be laid off and hopefully save someone else committed to the game.

If you can't get on your knees to su-k off some other person higher up like JD does to PK or can backstab someone through gossip, then yeah, it's time to go.
I’m guessing all the losers coming at your are those Nike kool aid drinkers, clearly the OP wants to leave but unless your head has been stuck up Phil Knights a-s which for a few of you it clearly is. The OP knows the job market is horrible right now, Who wants to quit without options, at least severance would be a nice cushion and they could file for unemployment too. I wish you the best OP, Nike definitely isn’t anything what they tell you it’s supposed to be don’t worry about raising the hackles of dogs who couldn’t imagine anything better than the 12 miles that encompass Beaverton and Portland they’re already lost
