Odd things happening at SAP.
CFO Luca Mucic changed phone contracts of over 20,000 SAP employees in Germany from T-mobile to Vodafone. Luka became CFO of Vodafone a few months later.

I don't know about cost, but according to the internal newsgroups quality has decreased considerably. Telekom was much better, apparently

This was a huge scalp for Vodafone. Not just a massive and lucrative win against a competitor. They overthrew Germany's number 1 mobile carrier at Germany's number 1 software vendor. That makes an unbeatable reference. As Mucic was already planning his next move, it stinks.
