David Weaver is speaking for his org. There are other orgs that had so many cuts to make that they all couldn't be done this week.

Consistency of information being thrown around has been an issue. I don't know if its true (I'm skeptical), but David Weaver just told CCB that Project Star comes to a close with the changes happening this week. Maybe I'm misquoting him so someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the sentiment on his CCB update call this morning could be described as "now is the time to move forward, and move on from Project Star".
There's going to be waves through March. There's still so much fat to cut. In my department, they only cut a quarter of the poor performers this week. Many left to layoff.
