I know we are all here because we don't know what's happening at the executive level, but is there anyone who knows if a list is out there or if one is being made right now?

There is an HR "Lock" date for the lists. Usually at least 30 days before exit conversation day.
@ nnt many people saw this coming but didn’t know it was coming. There’s a difference, but many tenured people that attend earnings calls or other updates saw the signs.
Many major corporations are laying off or has announced layoffs. Thousands were layed off overseas that produce and we’re still stuck with alot of inventory.
US factories have been slow and in hiring freezes for months to almost a year. It was only a matter of time unfortunately.
@uhk+1qqsEs7Q How could they update it? That would be a Terrible legal and HR nightmare.
People I know laid off in Demeter had paperwork that was signed by HR 3 months prior.
the list comes out about a month in advance, then gets updated on an almost daily basis up to the day before lay off day otherwise known as "activation"
Seeing as people started treating me differently and making off comments well before this was announced let’s me know multiple leaders and teammates knew this was coming

Nutso.and prone to leaks.
Once the departmental lists are made, HR still needs at least a month or two to prepare severance, cobra, exit interviews, etc... So, the 15-min meetings of doom cannot even go on calendars until HR is ready to present each person with their exit package.
Upper Management clears out in December for PTO. Expect this to speed up now that the holidays are over. That was my experience during the many layoffs I experienced during my tenure anyway.
Yes. I was laid off in December and my paperwork shows the decision was made and signed by HR three months earlier
You would assume that they at least have a number (by grade) somewhere to land at the $450 million severance package.
