Vacation bragging by leadership of all levels is one of the most disgusting artifacts of the merger. Completely out of alignment with purported values. Ain’t nobody got time to hear about your trips to Cabo, your beach house, or surprising your daughter in London when there are no raises to speak of and you are now laying people off.
Nice guy. Awful leader. Nobody cares about your wife’s passport or your trip to Italy in an ALL call setting.
