Where did she go and why??
As has been posted about many times since the outset. Anything related to Wealth, Premier etc. has been decimated. Joe Thompson and the Suntrust way dictated massive changes, screwed anyone related to BB&T and systematically drove out great associates like Melissa and others. FCB, 5th/3rd, pinnacle, Huntington and other banks are now building out true Wealth platforms (not Investment Banking, which is what Truist is now building) that are hiring our leaders, producers and investment partners. Terrible systems, ridiculous compliance and horrific executive management have driven away clients and associates alike. IRM will be recreated at those banks, as we watch it continue to die at Truist.
All the heritage BB&T leaders who care about relationships and not just widgets are being run off. Old Billy Rogers has no clue of what he’s doing. Truist is getting very reminiscent of Wells Fargo pre-scandal breaking.
And they continue to bleed out hBBT people.

I'd definitely give us an "F" at retaining talent. Across just about every LOB/segment from what I've seen.
