I hate my business execution title. Should I brand myself differently when applying so I can leave before getting hit with layoff

Just waiting to see some of these JP dks get the ole "see you later". Same goes for the posers who cried their way to promotions they didn't deserve. "Oh I check this box and that box so I should be promoted", now they can't do the job or the team has quiet quit on them.
Yes, you should rebrand yourself as either a doer or a manager -- see @3vql+1qqPT4U0 Did you develop anything? Did you create business process diagrams? You might ask ai (bard.google.com) what the skills of a business process manager are. See if you have any of them. If not I suggest you get training.
Also, learn how to use AI (bard of chatgpt) in defining you (your resume) and your job. I suggest you go to youtube and search for videos ("how to use in finding a job, creating a resume, writing a cover letter etc).
Brand yourself as a flamer.....
As suggested by South Park, World Privacy Tour,
here are a couple of recommended brands:
reliable
fun-loving
punctual
victim
- or-
thick-skinned
super cool
nothing bothers him
victim
Good Luck!
Job titles are completely meaningless at this point. They've been simplified out of existence. We might as well just go down to two: BEC and manager. That covers everything. You either do stuff or run a team. Done. Now we can downsize the HR people who sit around managing job titles. It's all nonsense anyway.
When branding yourself (or anything else), use a very, very hot piece of iron so that the brand is permanent.
Use your officer title (assuming you have one or will receive one with the Q1 title updates) - include functional title in your duties
WF job titles are meaningless and useful ONLY at WF. Use a title that best describes what you do....
Business Analyst
Project Manager
Business Requirements Specialist
for Gov jobs, look for the title Management and Program Analysis or Analyst
Lots of jobs - don't feel pigeonholed. Get out of there!!!
Yes, use a real functional title instead of your job title.
Have you read the most recent Workday description of your role's function? These are updated regularly and may provide you with ideas for rebranding. Congrats on being proactive!
