I heard they plan to track hours in the office soon. So instead of requiring 3 days, it will be 24 hours (total) split between three separate days.
The goal is to run people off, save on severance packages.

Tuesday after each payday is the most common. So the first possible round of layoffs is January 8, since the 5th is a payday.
