Chances of a last wave before bonus and does the 60 day notice maintain your eligibility?

This is the last bonus many of us will get from WF. Enjoy it and save accordingly.
What happens if you're stack ranked and get Inconsistently Meets? No bonus? Some bonus?
Being ghosted by mgr is making me nervous.
What does it mean when someone tells you "get off my dilsnick!"?
As long as you were in notice period 9/30/23 you are still eligible for bonus.
I know of people who were laid off year prior and still got the bonus, however it was prorated in their case.
