Have you guys used the LHH services? I submitted my resume as a dev there but they seem to be yet another job board with the same job postings as on Indeed. They claim to have access to some private network of managers or something but I haven't seen any results so far. They only keep spamming me with some vague emails. Did you get any results from working with them? Thanks

Not a dev, but I did use LHH and found a ton of value from the service. No one is going to reach out to you when you sign up. You have to be proactive. First steps are, get your resume reviewed by a branding specialist and then schedule time with a career coach.
They format your resume to be easily parsed by applicant tracking systems (ATS). More specifically, it helps these systems find keywords that make you visible to recruiters. When I updated my resume to their recommended format, I actually started getting recruiters from LinkedIn and Indeed reach out to me. Which is a pretty cool feeling. They also teach you how to leverage LinkedIn and how to make yourself more visible with keywords and connections. Also, how to sell yourself, how to negotiate salary, and so on.
Personal anecdote, after using LHH for resume, branding, LinkedIn, etc... I started getting calls back from recruiters. I'm currently on interview #2, and I've already negotiated my salary and benefits with this company. I have two more interviews pending to be scheduled.
Seriously, don't sleep on LHH. It's been invaluable and probably the best outcome of this layoff.
Similar experience. Found no one with financial services experience/ expertise. They are recommending the same exact format for resume as everyone else. I’m almost using it as what not to do.
Received nothing from their outreach. Agree their premium job board is the same as every other.
Feels like a fake benefit
No. Most of these services are designed to make you look like everyone else. And LHH isn’t tech centered.
It is completely useless. Zero tech job postings on the board.
