@1yus+1qoaA1Ih Direct had site closures last time (and times before that), Richmond Direct is the only Direct site left so not like there is a ton left in Direct. 4 UWs and 2 processors cut from Direct yesterday. I am hearing 19 processors and 14 UWs were cut from Retail (In-Market).

@1yus+1qoaA1Ih I know of a couple retail ASMs who got cut today, and a handful of direct processors and UWs.. would imagine retail fulfillment had some cuts too.
What areas in mortgage? They were just about wiped out last year and there wasn't much left to cut unless it was direct.

Kensington Insurance was hit today as well as the call center in Lumberton, NC. Prayers for those affected.

Are you moving to that team? That's usually how that team grows - people get "moved to it" - few if any chose to work there. In Wilson, she was mentored by the old schooler (quack quack) and learned if you surround yourself with enough people that you can throw under the bus you can avoid accountability. I avoid her and decline most of her meeting requests. I hear her boss is even worse. But maybe you'll do fine.

Retail loan/credit services has been hit. 2 managers and several CSOs so far in Orl.

I would love to hear more about EJ. Not a good mgr? Like if someone told me I was moving to that team, should I run? Any details you can share.
Equipment Finance has been impacted (me and two others for sure)...it starts with a 1 on 1 call. Dont worry..there is always opportunity simewhere ekse....it just su-ks in the meantime. Good luck to all.

@nhy+1qoaA1Ih Sounds about right that we would let go of a great banker. Performance hasn't mattered at all with these layoffs/RIFS (as has been discussed in another thread). We let go of a great team leader in CCB yesterday for no clear reason. No layoffs today yet so far in my dept.
Marketing is impacted today
Risk, Mortgage and Commercial Banking so far that I know of. Great commercial banking associate was just escorted out by mo--n manager. Helped person pack up and walked her out.
