I just wanted a job... Not all the drama, back stabbing, chaos, non leader "Leaders" , inexperienced & abusive middle managers, constant back story of layoffs, outsourcing, etc.

There will be others. There is always a need for the weak.
When highly skilled H1b staffs need weeks and months of education on how to do my job, I want them to pay my student loans.
I'm just tired of hearing the mouths of the liars in Hudson Yards. Those POSs never tell the whole truth. They are all weasels. Like Shart, "location strategy, what's that? Never heard of such a thing!" Yeah, ok douchebag. "We value the impacted employees and make every effort to retain them in other roles". Lies. "We believe this company can only succeed if we become more collaborative, so here's our RTO plan". Lies, we all know it's only about pushing attrition. The only honest words Shart has said in public since he started is that he feels good about downsizing people and he doesn't hire minority executives because there aren't enough qualified ones (not true, but he believes it). Everything else that has come out of his mouth is a damned lie. I refuse to listen to anything the execs say. Work location is Hudson Yards? Not listening.
Having WF on your resume isn’t a positive thing like it used to be. Once “we’ll get it right and be out from the asset cap asap’ is seemingly going to span into 3 possible decades: 2010s, 20s and possibly 30s). An above poster said it was this way 30 years ago. Nope!! Hahah this is unprecedented stuff really. Its good for WF to survive and thrive. I remember those years too. In my area at least, they were good and we got a ton of work done. WF was a good place to work…
Man, where the heck do you guys work?

Used to be way worse in the 80s and 90s. Especially in NYC.
This is the way it was when I joined 30 years ago. It’s the way big business is. I don’t like it but it is what it is. I’ve learned that my happiness is entirely in my power even in a poor working environment.
You're not alone. Talk about regrets.
