Go check the famous LinkedIn website to find so many att employees saying they been promoted to a new role when it was all just a title change due to company simplicity of the business. Lol I love to see these ASSociates Directors getting promoted lol. Sorry but this is funny. I swear .

They need to start downgrading titles and increasing discounts. No wonder they're so far behind tmobile. Care more about their woke employees than the customers who are footing the bill!
People can already claim anything they want on LinkedIn.
This title change was an attempt to make employees feel like they got something without giving them anything. You're still making the same pay.

Don't get worked up over titles, they are meaningless. AT&T is a joke when it comes to hierarchy levels and titles. So old school that has driven this company into the ground.
Titles change all the the time. Generally, the same job and same pay. Don’t borrow trouble!
I have to laugh at these new titles. I am looking forward to the "experts" coming to me for technical advice (which is very common ... being a SME in a highly technical area). I'm tempted to tell them, well, you are the expert, so....
