As stated by someone else in this thread, bonuses are flat to last year. I basically gave everyone the same amount.

Bonus amounts were decided last year (Nov/Dec). "Discussions" should take place this month with payout next month.

The general guidance is if you are rated as meets you would generally expect to see a flat bonus or down slightly. There are many factors though that could change that. Comp decisions for your peers impact you. Where you sit relative to your peers in total comp is another factor. Simple example - let's say you were a 3 but you had a peer that was a 4. And you are on the higher end of comp for your team. If your bonus last year was $20k you should expect a reduction. The other factors could drop your bonus to $17k. You take a 7% hit even though you were a strong meets.

And remember, your baseline for 2024 bonuses is now reset to $17k rather than $20k. You could get a 4 next year only to have your bonus get back to what it should have been had you not been screwed this year.

Had my 1x1 today with the boss, she said bonus numbers are flat, maybe a tad less than last year, but said we should all be satisfied given the landscape. I am in CIB.

Kiss a-s Until the funds hit your account and you have a chance to move it to a different account. Nothing is certain until you have control of the funds.

When are the Layoffs starting? Will it affect the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Southern California?

Bonus funding is known but they will be shifting dollars around until payroll closes for the first Feb pay period. Until the funds are in your account they can shift things.

If you need to ask this question here, without looking at what's already posted on this board, as well as what's out there on teamworks. Well, you probably should be thankful if you get peanuts.
