Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Correct severance has not changed and 60 days non working notice still in effect. Displacement policy has not changed…as of today

You may have a job right now… but a glaring reality is that your newly backfilled and in a hub peers will replace you/peers who are remote. And the surviving peeps will eventually be replaced by India and Philippines. WF food chain.

It doesn't mention 2 months + Year of service, just years of service. Does that mean they won't provide the first 2 month?

If that is the case, that is a big change...

What the severance plan changes that have been posted here for years wasn't true? Just like the rest of social media hardly anything on here is true.

Don’t worry it will still be rumored and asked about every other week.

@lnj+1qmki2yb Another thing not to believe is that all WFH employees are being laid off, and all jobs are going to I&P. Most of my entire team is remote. The laid off all non hub people, but the rest of us likely fine, at least for another year or two. They aren't going to lay an entire team off overnight. They could make another pass late next year, but we just backfilled all the roles in hub locations so the jobs aren't being offshored.

Actually most of us have gotten our RTO days increased and enforcement threats of various kinds. At least everyone in my building certainly has.

2 things to consistently not believe on this site 1) severance plan change 2) RTO policy changes
