If you are exceeds and a Sr Engineer what can you expect? They hid all the job family stuff so can’t see anything anymore.

I'll tell you what, TCV is cr-p. I should have gotten a 10% bonus increase last year going from 20% to 30% but got maybe 2% thanks to TCV. Bunch of cr-p.
For the esteemed Senior Software Engineer, you should look to receive ~45% of salary as your bonus. If you do not get that, you should definitely start looking.

A little more than you got last year. If you didn't receive a bonus and/or you're new, your opportunity should have been discussed with you at hire.
