I don't know about anyone else but I am very nervous and really had a bad holiday! Seems there is a WArn notice now. That being said we have to expect layoffs by end of Feb

This WARN notice is undated, it’s not the CDA or CDO layoff (there are others there for 2017 and 2020) so who knows, this could be the upcoming one.
That 1500 person WARN notice has been there for years.

There is not a new WARN notice. That undated listing has been there forever. Stop causing needless panic. You all need to go outside and touch grass.
I believe it will be 1500 in WHQ because Nike filing Warn with Oregon is addressing the state requirement for Oregon workforce.
So that means 1500 in Oregon then as they don’t need to include other states and countries? Or is this all inclusive for whole company?
