LTI or RSU

I' ve been with wells as a lead software engineer since last February and wondering if we get LTI or RSU.

Straight cash homey. Bonus isn’t high enough for stocks.

I remember when some of us got restricted stock after the Jabari settlement based on years worked to "thank us for our loyalty". Mine amounted to about 5% of my annual base compensation by the time it was eligible to cash out. I could have kept it, but my confidence in the company wasn't (and still isn't) strong enough to justify holding on to it.

if your bonus is under 50K, it's all cash.

Above 50K, there's a mandated split between cash and stock (restricted stock).
