Has anyone reported someone for this and had some proof? How does it usually end?

Yep in November 2022 another female colleague and myself reported a male colleague and he was fired out the door by end of march 2023. And yes that jerk deserved it
HR’s job is to protect the company, not the employees. If one goes to HR, be prepared to leave or have another job lined up!
Read this board. That should give you an indication of how "seriously" the company takes these things. How many C.O's does the company have?
Sure did and I was treated like the criminal. Person left the company, not sure if he was fired or not. I was threatened and told never to discuss it. 🤬
@1svc+1qkGgWwJ. Agreed.
Yet another benefit of RTO.
If there's evidence likely woukd end up in final warning or a term. If no evidence or witnesses, likely not much can happen.
People have been fired for this, 100 percent. I work in employee relations. Can’t vouch for each and every investigation, but employees have been fired. The cases I have seen where this happens the most are during happy hour or after work events. But plenty of episodes during work.
The company will protect itself at all costs up to and including making you the aggressor. Get an external lawyer, have them communicate to WFB HR.
Tell us what happened and we'll tell you your next steps
The person who brings the problem IS the problem. Always. No exceptions.
