Eligible for re hire?

I was terminated from my position at jpm back in 2017 after being put on a PIP (my manager was absolutely terrible). Does any one know how long a PIP stays on your record? Am I correct to assume if I apply for a different job now whoever the hiring manager is would be notified of the termination (the real reason)? I know some companies “expire” PIPs after 5 years.

You can get recruited if you are not a good developer, you are welcome to apply and get the job. We recruit program, project manager and directors who can command and control

Try and see what happens. That's what I would do. It is better than pontificating.

Not saying you can't get rehired, but chances are very slim. Just being real here. Terminated = blacklisted and chase keeps a forever record of everything.

Why you want to relive this nightmare ? I am working on my side hustle on the side and want to leave as soon as it’s sustainable to replace my current salary lol
