This company does not give bonuses. They like to tack on multiple roles to your position that are not noted in the position description and will not fairly compensate. They throw additional pennies an hour at you and expect so much more in return. Know what you’re getting yourself into.

I heard the base pay increase is higher than recent years, but it will obviously depend on company and personal multipliers.
- 9٪ Raise
Pros: Company is stable due to it always evolving. Pay seems fair overall.
Cons: New people making more than seasoned ones. That happens in all industries though I guess.
Pros: There will be an AIP.
Cons: Raises will be lower than last year.
If we can't depand on our jobs being here tomorrow, how can we depend on AIP? I am not concerned about bonuses, at this point I am concerned about retaining the job so I can get a pay check to eat and have a roof over my head. This is nuts.
Humana has not given a Christmas bonus for like 12 years. It seems like once MM left and BB took over, the benefits started going downhill. I’m not sure we peons will get much of an AIP this year and I’m not expecting much of a raise either even though performance is good. If you compare salaries to other healthcare jobs and our competitors, you will find H is not competitive.
Well we can depend on AIP..or can we? Anyone know if we get one anymore? Management hasn’t been too reassuring.
Not true! I'm overly satisfied with my compensation. Happy to have a job.
