These responses tell me they didn’t read the article. But you guys are probably right…Harvard is masking the truth… that Layoffs are actually great for company morale and significantly improve employee performance and stock price…lol.

It’s crazy how much nepotism & fraud that college has gotten up to.
harvard is a joke. we we had to read about good leadership from harvard business review and guess what? no executive team practices "good leadership" and harvard business school grads are the worst offenders. complete hypocrites who don't practice what they preach
