The seniority range for my entire team is between 10 and 28 years. They have hired half our replacements in BH. Half of us were unable to get this week off. But the entire team of replacements in BH have the entire week off. Fiserv is not only letting us go because we won't move to NJ, but now they reward people who have worked for the company for 2 or 3 months over 20 year vets. Fiserv really knows how to reward loyalty and hard work.

The reality is:
new hire is already in the office and after 3 months they don't know mutch, so they would not make any inpact. So we don't f**** them in the honymoon period...
Older employees with family that refuse to relocate are already on layoff list, plus they have knowledge to keep things running in the mean time.
so the result is new employees who don't know any better will be happy, older employess will be pi---d off and if they volunteryli leave over this we will save additional money on servence package!
sounds like you should've booked your time off well in advance.
Just like our government stepping over American citizens to allow illegals to run rampant and get all of our benefits.
They'll always reward loyalists recently installed over people who question their blatantly stupid leadership decisions.
