The shuffling of the EL reeks of nepotism. With such mismanagement and rampant toxicity across the company something has to change and those in charge actually held accountable.

Our team was told before Christmas no days off the first 2 weeks of January unless an emergency due to layoffs. I can’t decide if I want to party like it’s 1999 Sunday night or just get high.
What’s with all these LinkedIn-fans(models)?! Kelly, Donte, Sherry? Do they all get paid BIG bucks to just go from place to place, get pictures clicked and give a pat on the back?! Ridiculous!

It is mind boggling that this whole transformation effort has done nothing to EL except promote and expand. As if the only way to stop underperformance is double down on the losers in charge. How is the board approving any of this?!?

If y’all think any of this group is going anywhere you are not paying attention. They dumped some lower execs like Jarrett and Badger and others who were part of Hackett’s group and a few more like Coley and other mid level people but no one of significance. The real major execs aren’t going anywhere. You worker bees will be dropping by the hundreds next couple of months with most being gone before the 1/18 call about Q4 so Bill can bloviate about how the plan is being carried out and what a tremendous 2024 we will have Thanks to his and Beau’s leadership.

Bill is such a loser in person. I saw him a few weeks back with nobody else really made eye contact tried to say hello and he couldn’t even do that. Pretty pathetic.
I hear nothing good about Thompson or Demaio. So many teammates on my team have come from audit and say it is pretty bad.
