@1czr, more likely people don't find Blind trustworthy because of the data breeches it had few years ago.

Found this post on another thead, I think it sheds some light on the way the site is moderated:

It's a lightly moderated site with just a few simple rules, but the site mods scrub it on a regular basis and sometimes ban users for rule violations (as always, the list of rules is in the footer of the page).
In short, names and personal identifiers are not allowed (OK to mention JD and other c-suits as they are public figures, any mention of execs bellow that level usually gets nuked).
Derogatory speech and personal insults are not allowed either, so go easy with f-words, and when discussing someone focus on his business actions and capabilities, not on his (or hers) persona..

Blind is popular in tech but there are a lot of people here that have no idea what Blind is bc they are not in tech

I know I shouldn’t be surprised, but if Nike HR can’t get it right within its own function, what hope does the rest of the business have??!

Middle aged, white man in HR who doesn’t do much (and openly jokes about this) gets promoted and then leaves a trail of destruction in his previous team and business. They are left trying to undo all of his ignorant mistakes and bad decisions.

If this type of behavior is acceptable, and worthy of a promotion, from our HR team then no wonder the wheels are falling off in the rest of the business.
