Agree JD is the worst but wild to lump in "the whole DEI infrastructure" with him - I'm not a big believer in the DEI stuff myself but no way is it as bad as JD and his McKinsey cl-wns.
Plenty of posts on this forum raging against DEI yet little rage against what was in place before - bro culture, white privilege, mediocre white dudes failing forward (talk about tokenism!). No question that swoosh culture is a dumpster f-re and that DEI has gone too far, but let's not pretend the world pre-DEI initiatives was some kind of utopia lol.
