Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Happy Holidays?

It’s one thing to no longer have holiday parties when you’re remote, but there really is no love for the remote employees. The last “gift” we received was a box of antibacterial hand sanitizer, rubber gloves and masks. This is the lowest I’ve ever felt at this company that I’ve been with for over a decade…heck in my entire career. So I’m going to say what upper management won’t.

Thank you all for everything you do each day, it’s because of you that Fiserv is able to stay afloat in this industry.

Happy Holidays to all!

That wasn’t antibacterial gel, that was petroleum jelly…not enough, of course,…for the impending rectal procedure Dr. Frank-and-Furter was about to conduct on all the employees at the company.

This made me chuckle. I remember getting this box thinking oh how nice a gift from corporate - how thoughtful of them to think about us during the holiday season. Nope, a bunch of junk we already had on hand because we were well through the pandemic at that point. Fiserv's gift to you this year is that you will be employed for another quarter. Selfishness runs rampant at Fiserv. I witnessed it first hand after giving my boss a nice curated basket of gifts and she didn't even acknowledge it until February. People like that su-k and don't deserve to be in position of power or influence. I'm curious how giving Tuesday turned out... Because with who's left I doubt they met their matching contributions.

The place is a corporate meat grinder. The company is too big to care about most employees. At least there are some good teams with good people that you can build some good bonds with.
