Being witness to the mess that has taken place over the last year with "quiet" layoffs happening intermittently with zero communication to those of us still here, Nike is crushing the souls of those of us who remain. Then to announce four days before Christmas that there are more layoffs to come. Really?!? JD and all other leadership should be ashamed and embarrassed. Absolute sh-t leadership/management/communication or care for any one of us. We are just a number. Not of us matters here. That is most evident.

I'm not sure why this is such a surprise to anyone. Since things have gotten objectively and measurably worse day over day in JDs tenure, its fairly obvious he doesn't have the plays to fix the problems or the process (or desire) to understand them.
The irony of JD especially and his sock puppets not recognizing completely avoidable signals to WS of cost cutting perceived of internal problems will sink the stock is utterly palpable, borderline hilarious.
Somewhere between the inability for our buZNesSz leDurrs to devise a meaningful strategy that survives longer than two years and the repeated floggings that have flatlined the workforce, its time to wake up and realize this corproate speedrun to the bottom doesn't give a quiet fa-t about you or anyone else.
But he says he’s a servant leader. He should serve all employees by resigning.
