PK and the BOD wont let a new CEO fix JD’s mess. They’re making him do it and then will fire him. The way this was done is embarrassing to be a Nike employee
Keep your heads up and be good to one another especially look after your reports fellow ppl managers. Being at Nike doesn’t define you but being a good person does

Do you honestly believe that JD made this decision on his own without the BOD and PK’s blessing? That is not how corporations work. JD is just the messenger.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this up coming calendar year he makes an announcement he’s stepping down around Jan 2025 or late 2024. He’ll be 4 years at the helm Jan 24.
Right? So damn embarrassing how this has been handled for the last year. Zero communication about prior layoffs and then four days before Christmas, he lets us know there will be more. Absolutely horrible leadership.
