Sh-t. Keep your support system close? Face your feelings? Accept it? What do you do in a situation like this? What do you say to others and yourself? I’m so lost and confused. I pray daily, but now I don’t know how to. I just want to throw up. My team is the best I’ve ever worked with. I’m lost.
