Hi all, employee at a rival bank that seems to copy JPM in everything. Curious, what is JPMs severance schedule, ie , how many weeks per year of service, max cap, etc do they offer for severance? Thx

There is no such thing as being "laid off" for a performance issue. That's called being fired. You don't get serverance for being fired.
Severance pay will not apply when laid off on performance issue. director's have been director to lay people off, because of poor performance. Godspeed
I believe years 1-4 or 1-5 pay out the same amount.
2 weeks for each year. I had 12 years
actually it depends on years of service as well... year 11 on up it is 3 wks
Is 2 weeks for years of service with chase the max is 52 or 53 weeks
