What can be wrong with this picture - replacements for employees with decades experience are being replaced with people still in community college who worked at 5 Guys prior to Fiserv. I’m sure being in a Center of Excellence will get them up to speed in a flash.

I don't understand why someone with his money and at his age, wouldn't f'in retire and leave us alone. Instead, among other things he's forcing (and has already forced out) 1,000s that are closer to retirement than not and leaving us to scramble at the end of our work lives. What a greedy, power-seeking, control freak, S-B we have as a CEO. I wish someone would force him out so he can see how it feels to be tossed aside like garbage after giving decades of dedication and hard work to this company. Merry Christmas everyone!!!
