Any details on the severance package?

We did well under Ro when he wasn’t directly reporting to Sharon. I don’t trust anyone. Now he’s a yes man. Josh and Zo will be his downfall.
The severance package was 2 weeks of pay for every year of service. So if you only had one year, you only got 2 weeks (one paycheck).
Too many people let go who did the ground work while the people actually responsible for sales.... the creatives and copywriters, product team, stakeholders, brand etc.... still around. Sharon is a terrible leader, just a flake with corny ideas and terrible leadership skills and runs the team like a damn MLM pyramid scheme.
We prospered under Ro. We’re creating under Sharon. Too much for 1 person. The elevator conversation every morning is who’s next.
There is another round of layoffs at Charter happening tomorrow. SMH. The first major round happened just 30 days ago. Normally a company would wait until the next quarter, so the dust can settle. They are fast tracking this thing.
Has anyone heard any rumblings of more layoffs?
Charter doesn’t give a cr-p about their employees. They actually had people move from St. Louis to Tampa only to move those jobs right back to St. Louis 2 months later
If they knew about it back than at least she gave us a song and a dance at the party.
