If you're miserable at your job, but waiting to maybe be laid off, you're just torturing yourself. I used to clock in 60 hours a week at Enbridge. Despite a decent paycheck, the pay didn't match the stress and constant pressure. It felt like the workload and mental strain weren't worth the money. Eventually, I decided to call it quits for the sake of my well-being. I have no regrets. I've been a much happier man ever since.

Don't leave money on the table. That's absurd. Take the package. Probably some corporate shill trying to get people to leave voluntarily to Enbridge's benefit.

I heard no packages outside of CAD’s usual HR practices will be given. So the USA side is sc--wed.
Are you high ? If you feel like quitting you’d be d-mb to quit before the package you off , if anything you should be more disgruntled, maybe stick out
