Manager here. If you got a 2 in your review, then pulled to become a facilitator for RCSA, you are on the way out. Latest by end of your RAU affirmation.
@1vym+1qYipDqg Anyone that has been involved knows this is the only outcome
phase 2 will end with them realizong they didn't do it right and will need to start over.

A large percentage of the controls were not effective or did not exist, so the new controls will need to be assessed and tested. Along with the environment changing and new controls being introduced and others changing. It will be similar to audit, they always have things to audit/test.
Everyone on the facilitation team in CSBB is on loan and being paid for by their home orgs. People will either go back or find new roles.
I disagree. They've put so many more rules and checkpoints into place it makes it difficult to run our org. It's basically like asking permission to go to the bathroom now.
People come and go and each must reinvent the wheel. So the controls you have today will not be good enough.
Rinse, lather, repeat.
In CSBB there will likely be a team that does annual affirmation because we keep hand holding the BCMs through each re-execution and affirmation. Wells takes the S out of RCSA
RCSA has been a big joke. They haven’t mitigated any key risks just another big con job. Let’s shuffle some paper and distract the regulators and pretend that we understand and are controlling risks.
Phase 3? RCSA doesn’t stop. It’s an annual cycle. They will still need people. But they will probably be more offshore than US based.
Why would they receive inconsistently meets if they do a good job?
They will receive inconsistently meets on their reviews?
Control org became really lean in the layoffs. It's fair to expect another round after the phase 2 is completed, but there is not much fat left to trim. They might even leave to natural turnover.
