I know 5 of them moving to BH which is already crowded.

And I'll bet that they won't be there 6 months later. I wouldn't relocate knowing what this company does.
Desk is not the problem. Parking is already impossible without wasting your time +20 mins on a sh---y shuttle bus at the time before most engineers elsewhere get to the office
There are still at least 10's of people on each floor without a desk. Crazy
People moving to BH at this point won't even have the luxury of their own desk. Hope they like getting shuffled around the building at the convenience of others.
