Yes, they are targeting both Region and field employees in the US GTM. HR and management told me that it was a targeted attack. Supposedly based on performance, but neither I or any of the field employees that have been told we will be leaving have poor performance reviews or below “Successful” ratings, so obviously they are targeting a group of undesirables or those that don’t fit into their D&I numbers.

If you want the best savings, start with 80+ VPs we have and work down. GTM field employees should be the last ones gone and it's not even a question about that. Can the VPs, Directors and Managers do field level work? Maybe the Managers could, but absolutely not for VPs and Directors. Those people are blowhards with nothing contributing to the company.
Agree it will on performance and attendance anyone that did not show up when needed to in Office's will be targeted , and those who still can do their job alone with little or no help.
They told you that you are leaving? They haven't started yet as far as I know
