Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Culture at Truist Needs a Complete Overhaul

Especially in the Mortgage division. I was rif'd in 2022. I am a HBBT associate. PCE is ingrained in us. It's extremely hard to to go from a PCE mindset to a "we're focused on being the biggest bank around and doing things like the other big banks do it' mindset. It's even harder for our client's. You know the ones that are actually helping keep us in business. EL seems to have completely forgotten this.

Nope they sure don't especially in Servicing. I currently have one of the worst managers that I have had in my 30+ years career. I have never in my life seen and heard someone speak to their direct reports the way that he does. It does no good to go to HR. Several of us that report to him are all hoping to be included in the next rif. Imagine what that does to someone's mental health....

The culture is to get on LinkedIn and post pictures. Also, to fawn all over EL’s empty rhetoric.
