It's more important how the company treats its employees while they're working there. And that's where Humana has been failing in every possible way. The toxic work environment, the lack of respect, and the constant bullying are just some of the things we have to deal with daily. As I said, I could deal with occasional layoffs if the rest of the time I was treated well. As it is, layoffs are just adding insult to injury.

The lady that leads the Hive is the biggest bully of them all!!!
I am sorry that you feel bullied. I hear that some managers can be awful to work for. Fortunately, my manager is not like that, but what is awful is being told about layoffs a month ago and having to work with that stress hanging over your head. It is great to get the heads up from leadership and not hear about layoffs from the rumor mill, but working with that uncertainty for weeks on end is not healthy. The anxiety is crippling.
