18th months is most likely a projection on Elliot usual activities. I would say the critical path is 12-18 Months.
Does this mean Dallas and San Antonio contact centers will close? What about GTIC in Oldsmar?

Scarborough call center leader basically told all the interviewers and team leaders that they would not have a job beyond this year but that we should all rally and go out with a bang. So everyone will be fired and only receive half the severance that others received and we should for some reason help Nielsen with the process?
oh i see. i wonder if my dept will have more news next week, we have a big dept product meeting. so far they told us no timelines just be prepared to be gone every day.
