Anyone heard how many nurses are needed to move to SNP this round and when we would hear if chosen? Wish they would give us updates!

we were told in team meeting today that 75 are moving to SNP in early April. Dont know date for movement yet
I've worked SNP, it's not the worst, it's just different. Different members, assessments, and additional tasks/requirements such as care plans. It's different than triage & support and CCM. I've worked CCM too, CCM is closer to T&S than SNP. Change can be scary but it can also be a good thing, a chance to learn a new role/dept/skill.
SNP has different regulations from CMS. There is a higher acuity of member you are dealing with. Some people love it, some don’t. The metrics are different. People coming OUT of SNP feel their new roles are easier. People moving into some SNP roles find it hard to adjust. There’s a bunch of resentment about who manages teams and members, per CMS rules, SW are more than capable and educated to do what they are doing. There are a lot of time bound regulations.
Last poster- why wouldn’t you go to SNP?
I wouldn't go to SNP. I'd rather take a layoff.
No information given at all. Had to make a very uninformed decision there.
