HPE tops the 2024 JUST 100 list with market-leading worker benefits

https://www.cnbc.com/2024/02/05/hewlett-packard-enterprise-tops-the-2024-just-100-list.html

Is it really that bad out there at other companies where HPE is ranked #1

I'm guessing you have to stayed employed to enjoy the benefits.

6 months maternity/paternity leave is great, as long as you aren't the one stuck covering for the person when they are out! There is no magical pool of resources to cover the work.

HPE pay to get on the list. It's standard practice. These lists are a total scam. Basically digital gangsters.

The 6 month leave is the best benefit and unlimited sick days. I guess I'm used to working the shut down period, why I never really noticed others have to use up their vacation days.

WTF are you talking about? How is 4% match on 401k and an unpaid company shutdown every year stellar? They took away our workstations, and now we have to bring our own keyboards and mice into the office! The pay and benefits are well below market average.

If you aren't WFR, their benefits actually are pretty decent. The 6 month paid paternity leave for men, can't be beat.

Now the fun part is not having your number called every 90 days in the game of musical layoff chairs.

I love it when the HR company joins us on here to act as cheerleader for this dying corporation...

Too bad HPE can't develop "market-leading" products and services...
