Hiring surge in January, low unemployment, higher hourly pay

According to this data, there have been 70 000 jobs added in health services in January, hourly pay “increased sharply”, unemployment is very low. Yet I feel like I live in another universe.

The Healthcare sector is almost 20% of our economy. Maybe they are finally getting more people on the clinical side of things which counter balances the admin part. (Insurance companies) There has been a huge shortage of nurses, primary care MD's, and techs for a long time.

How do they define health services? And where? There’s lots of other roles to fill other than just CMs
