Has anyone else seen the positions being posted on linked in for H positions. I have 2 in the past 2-3 days. Today’s was telephonic care manager.

Name of the game is Young and cheap. Except most of those young and cheap people aren’t willing to work an eight hour five day work week.
My job was posted for half of what they are paying me.
If Humana was searching “ for the best talent”. They should look on the inside of the good people who are getting fired for poor management.
They will backfill these roles with external hires for less compensation. It’s about bottom line.
I would not read too much into this. Humana is searching for the best talent available, internal or external. I have heard that RIFd associates get help and priority to find new internal positions but in the end Humana still wants to fill these positions with the best candidates out there.
I have seen one, which was the telephonic position OP mentioned , and wondered why we would post outside when we have CMs in HumCs losing their jobs and needing a job somewhere else.
Yes. They are probably for SNP positions or for specific state licenses needed for the different programs they have contracts for like in Indiana and Wisconsin
