Quitting while on a coaching plan

Is it like normal where you would submit your two weeks? Or could they just fire you on the spot?

As long as you put your 2 week notice in writing, even if your department does decide that it’s best to part ways earlier they will have to pay you through the end of your notice period.

The person that suggested to go to AR to request an expedited path towards a PIP is giving good advice. It’s worth a shot at a severance if you’re planning on leaving anyway.

Good luck!

If the coaching plan has lies and exaggerations don't sign it at all. You send an email to your manager and his email and you tell them they are biased and that you are a protected class.

Talk to your hr rep and ask if it's possible to switch to a PIP instead of the coaching plan and get severance to leave.

When they PIP him out, he will be ineligible for rehire anyway
