I do NOT vote for FB anytime a Stock vote comes up.
Will do that for the BOD as well as they are complacent to the sh!t show going on here.

It's already happened.

In 2022, Fiserv shareholders passed a resolution requesting consultation before granting severance packages, despite opposition from Fiserv's board. Shareholder proposals rarely pass over board objections, so this amounts to a vote of no confidence.

FB is under contract. He also has a monopoly on positions that could have ousted him. He's CEO, President and Chairman of the Board. It's such bull.

Problem is I bought the stock when JY was in charge. 15% discounted purchase, splits, and growth. Yes, bad years too. My financial advisor has been saying hold onto them for now. I am not ready for another financial hit.

The problem is that if you are paying attention to the company then you would sell your shares. No way this is sustainable.
