Does anyone know if the yearly kids colouring contest for the 2025 calendar year will still take place this year amid all this cutting going on?
I really hope so. My daughter made this really awesome picture of a big boat sailing off into the sunset. The boat's name is the "Oil & Gas Industry".
Does anyone remember the calendar that was pulled back about 10 years ago, the one with the oil tanker and the whale floating upside down, no kidding it was on the front cover of the calendar, LOL.
Oil and gas is not going anywhere. It’s just being shifted to other countries for a brief ice age

Funny, but I know for fact that some higher up have been wanting to cancel the calendar for years, inspite that at least 150 kids enter the contest every year… company is getting so cheap that they don’t want to print the calendar or give the $5 McDonalds card… sad!

The Oil and Gas sector is not disappearing in the very near future but it sure is sailing into the sunset that's for sure!
Well this is a good deflection. But oil and gas is not going to be 100% going away, at least not in the next few years. If you’re being realistic at all.
